In a bright start to 2017, the Mechanosynthesis Group welcomed several new members. Seungju Seo, a graduate student from the University of Tokyo, joined us for a few weeks in February to advance an ongoing research collaboration with the University of Tokyo. Ben Awuondo, a graduate student in MIT’s LGO program, joined us as well to work closely with our own Talha Hasan. We also welcomed Thomas Hofstaetter, a graduate student from the Technical University of Denmark, who will be with us for several months working on fiber-reinforced polymers for additive manufacturing.
